City 2 Surf
I know tomorrow is the City 2 Surf marathon. For all sporty guys out there who will do the 14 something kilometers make sure you drink plenty of water. Don’t let your bodies dehydrate. I recommend you stretch and warm up your muscles before you do the run and also stretch at least 15 minutes after you’ve completed the challenge.
