Yin and Yang

Hi Everyone,

Have you checked out the logo design of “Coko Bodybalance”?

There are some interesting ideas and themes included in it- perhaps you’re already familiar with them? Have a look;

One of them, the tendrils, comes from the concept of “Yin and Yang”.

Yin and Yang represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents “everything”, the black and white shapes whithin the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called “ying(black)and “yang”(white), which cause everything to happen.

This relationship doesn’t mean completely black or white, bad or good, simply that is how life is; one cannot exist without the other;

Hot /Cold

Right /Left

Men/Women

Inhell/Exhale

Core/Periphary

Positive/Negative

Tensed/Relaxed

Etc…

Balancing is necessary for life. Talk with your body and mind, listen to what they are saying.

Are you balanced?

Since I have a new website, I am giving away 10 minutes free during the month of August (valid until 31st August 2011). Give me a call (Mob 0415 373 347) and I’ll book you in for your next session plus 10 minutes ‘my new website promotion’.

All the best and see you soon.

Coko
